Sadie Girl Press is pleased to announce the launch of our new partnership with MADE by Millworks. MADE is a lovely store located in downtown Long Beach at 240 Pine Ave, that focuses on locally made products. They have graciously agreed to provide space to sell our Sadie Girl Press books. To celebrate this new location, we are having a special Sadie Girl Press reading, as well as meet the authors and artists!

Elmast Kozloyan, Individual Authors and Artists

14741703_1120925057988572_2131630621_nElmast Kozloyan is a poet trapped in limbo between magic and reality (though seldom chooses the latter). At the age of fifteen won the silver medal for poetry in the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards and since then has released her debut chapbook, Doe Eyed Venus (available through Sadie Girl Press), co-hosts Moon Pixel Open Mic, and has been published in places such as Cadence Collective, Poetry in Motion, Pacific Review, the East Jasmine Review and Los Angeles Times. Her work has also appeared in  Cadence Collective: Year One and Year Two, Like A Girl: The Pre-Show!, and Like a Girl: Perspectives on Feminine Identity.
